How to fix the on-line monitoring
First check if the inverter is still producing solar power. Does the unit display a green light during daylight hours? That is a good sign. This means that the problem only has to do with the internet connection.
Were Powerline Adapters used to make the data connection between the inverter and the router?

Is the connection between inverter and router a WiFi connection (instead of an Ethernet cable), and has the WiFi password in the router changed? Then the new WiFi password needs to be configured in the inverter. Click here for a step-by-step guide to change the WiFi password.
Otherwise we have some instructions on how to perform a reset of the inverter. this will usually restore the internet communication. Click on your inverter type to get to the instructions.

Often a reboot of the router will also help to re-establish the connection: Disconnect the power from the router, wait for half a minute, then reconnect the power to the router. NB: most routers will need a few minutes to go through the whole rebooting process.
