The Sunny Boy 1300 / 1600 / 2100TL is always connected to the internet via a network cable, often through Powerline Adapters. If resetting the Powerline adapters doesn’t help, you can try resetting the inverter itself by disconnecting the power on both sides (from the grid and from the panels), and then switching it back on. Here’s how:

Step 1
Switch off the AC (alternating current) side. You can do this by flipping the switch of the solar power group (recognizable by the Zonnefabriek sticker) down in your fuse box.

fter a while, communication with the portal server should resume as normal.
Note: The graphs showing daily, monthly, and yearly yields may take a bit longer to reappear. Typically, these will only become visible again on Mijn Zonnefabriek and in the Zonnefabriek app after a few hours.
