Enabling and disabling email notifications from Sunny Portal

There are several ways to automatically receive an email from Sunny Portal in case of malfunctions. The most important one is through the 'event report.' This allows you to receive an email when an inverter malfunction occurs.

  • Step 1

    Log in to the site and navigate to 'Configuration' > 'Report Configuration'.

    In the report configuration, you can choose between daily and monthly info reports or event reports.

  • Step 3

    Click on the dropdown to access Event Report 1.

  • Step 4

    Click on Edit to adjust the settings. You can activate or deactivate the report, add or remove email addresses, and choose which notifications you want to receive. Don't forget to click Save when you're done.

  • Step 5

    You can also choose to receive a notification if communication with your system is lost. This can be done via the 'System Monitoring' button.

    Here, you can click on 'Settings'.

    Finally, you can indicate here that you want to receive an email when communication is interrupted.
